- By placing an order with DECALPRINTHOUSE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
- These terms apply to all orders, whether placed via email, website, or any other channel.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Terms of Service
- Orders are not confirmed or entered into production until payment has been received in full.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of invoicing is the price you will be charged.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders for content we deem inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these terms.
- Rush orders may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.
- Customer is responsible for supplying print-ready artwork meeting our file specifications. See the File Setup guide for details.
- We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect color profiles, or improperly set up artwork submitted by the customer.
- We may request file corrections before beginning production. This can impact turnaround time. Failure to provide corrected files in a timely manner may delay your order.
- We reserve the right to decline orders where submitted files do not meet minimum quality standards.
- A cutline proof and/or test print video will be sent for customer approval before full production begins.
- The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs. Once a proof is approved, DECALPRINTHOUSE is not liable for any errors contained in the approved design, including spelling, color, layout, or sizing.
- Production will not begin until approval is received from the customer.
- Approving a proof constitutes acceptance of the design as presented and waives eligibility for reprints or refunds based on content errors.
- Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by equipment issues, material shortages, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Production begins only after payment is received and proof approval is confirmed.
- DECALPRINTHOUSE is not responsible for missed deadlines, events, or other consequential losses resulting from production or shipping delays.
- We will do our best to communicate any updates that affects schedule.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
- DECALPRINTHOUSE is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier after shipment.
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All sales are final once full print production has begun.
- If your order contains a verifiable printing defect caused by DECALPRINTHOUSE (e.g. incorrect cut, printing error on our end), we will reprint the affected items at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Photo documentation is required.
- No deductions will be made from the refund if the product produced is determined to be very off from a good print.
- Reprints are not issued for errors in customer-approved proofs, color variation between screen and print, or customer-supplied file issues.
- Color disclaimer: Colors displayed on screen may differ from printed output due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes. This is not considered a defect.
- Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations can be made anytime before full print production begins.
- If files were prepped for proofing or printing, $5 will be deducted from the refund per design prepped.
- If stickers were test printed, $10 will be deducted from the refund per design test printed.
- By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any artwork, images, logos, or text submitted for printing.
- The customer assumes full legal responsibility for the content of their order.
- DECALPRINTHOUSE acts solely as a contract printer. We do not screen, verify, or take responsibility for the intellectual property status of customer-submitted files. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or legal action arising from the printing of customer-supplied content, including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark violation, or unauthorized use of likeness.
- We reserve the right to decline any order we reasonably suspect may infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, without obligation to provide explanation.
- We will not print content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes violence or hatred toward any group.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion and are not required to provide a reason for refusal.
- DECALPRINTHOUSE's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or losses related to missed events or deadlines.
- These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- Customer information and submitted files are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless otherwise discussed.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as required to process payments or ship orders.
- Submitted artwork files may be retained for a reasonable period for reorder purposes and are then deleted. You may request DECALPRINTHOUSE to delete the files anytime.
